Aksaray University Eskil Vocational School Department of Veterinary Medicine Board convened on October 9, 2026. At the meeting, various decisions were made to increase student satisfaction and departmental development. It was decided that OBS, Instagram, and similar communication channels would be actively used so that students could follow department announcements and news more effectively. The number of faculty-student and academic counseling meetings was increased to strengthen students' communication with academic staff and enable them to share their views on educational processes. To improve the department's academic capacity and scientific productivity, it was decided to increase project applications for national and international infrastructure support programs. It was deemed appropriate to share the department's mission, vision, and goals on the website, internal communication channels, and orientation programs so that all stakeholders could adopt them. Online and face-to-face alumni-student gatherings were planned to transfer alumni experiences. Furthermore, survey results regarding the "Dairy Sector and Expectations from Veterinary Health Technicians" career event were evaluated, and it was adopted that similar events would be continued by including facility visits and practical demonstrations. Regarding spring picnic organizations, it was decided that sports tournaments and awarded competitions would be organized to boost participation, and instant feedback would be collected via QR codes.
