Students of the Eskil Vocational School’s Laboratory and Veterinary Health Program organized a technical visit on November 4, 2025, to the Food Processing Laboratory of Aksaray University Vocational School of Technical Sciences and to the Scientific and Technological Research and Application Center (ASÜBTAM).
During the visit, students gained detailed knowledge about milk analyses, the operating principles of laboratory instruments, basic microbiological analyses, and advanced chemical and histological analysis techniques. This technical visit provided students with the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge through practical observation and experience.
