The Laboratory Technician and Veterinary Health program, part of the Veterinary Department at Eskil Vocational School, began accepting students in the 2016-2017 academic year. It currently has a capacity of 62 students 60 regular students and 2 top students. The aim of the Laboratory and Veterinary Health Associate Degree Program is to train intermediate personnel with the necessary knowledge and skills to assist veterinarians in the fields of laboratory work, clinical practice, food safety and reliability of animal-derived products, and animal feeding and breeding, which fall within the scope of veterinary medicine. The Laboratory Technician and Veterinary Health Associate Degree Program will reach individuals interested in pets or animals in general through the open education system and meet their information needs. On the other hand, the program aims to provide education and employment opportunities to young people in our country, as well as to serve our economy and human health with more qualified, scientific, and knowledgeable intermediate personnel.
